1) Definitions

“We/Us” means Dhakad Traders. “You” means the site visitor, customer, or authorized representative. “Materials” means goods such as TMT rebars, cement, sand, aggregates, bricks and related items.

2) Use of the Site

• You will provide accurate contact and order information.
• You will not interfere with site operation or misuse contact channels.
• We may change or suspend any part of the site without notice.

3) Quotes, Pricing & Orders

• Prices are subject to change based on brand, grade, quantity, taxes, transportation and market conditions.
• Quotes shared via phone/WhatsApp/forms are indicative until confirmed by us in writing and scheduled for delivery.
• Images are illustrative; actual brand/packaging may vary by batch and availability.

4) Delivery, Weights & Measurements

• We schedule deliveries according to location, vehicle access and site readiness.
• Loads are verified by weigh-bridge/standard cubic measures where applicable. Minor variations within industry tolerance may occur.
• Unloading, permissions, road restrictions and re-handling (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

5) Payments

• We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash on delivery for select orders.
• Invoices/GST bills are issued where applicable. Delayed payments may attract late fees or hold future deliveries.

6) Returns & Cancellations

• Materials once delivered/opened are generally non-returnable due to handling and quality control. Any exception must be pre-approved.
• Cancellations after dispatch may incur transportation or restocking charges.

7) Warranties & Quality

• We supply genuine brands from authorized channels. Brand warranties (if any) are governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms.
• Keep invoices/batch details for warranty or quality claims.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

10) Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting unlawful, fraudulent or misleading information.
• Attempting to breach site security or disrupt services.
• Misusing brand names, trademarks or pricing data.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version.
